Where we deliver
We deliver across India, to all serviceable pin codes. You can check availability by entering your pin code at checkout.

Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During festive periods such as Diwali, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days across India. Remote locations may take longer. These timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or events outside our control.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we will send you the tracking details by email and, where available, SMS or WhatsApp.

Damaged or wrong items
Please record a short unboxing video when you open your parcel. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aadyaasriii@gmail.com or +91 85956 93455 with your order number and the video, and we will look into it. Please also see our Refund Policy.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
